Resolving Disagreements: In the event of being dissatisfied with any part of the service, every effort should be made to resolve issues face to face with your appointed officer. Failing that, a written complaint should be sent to the Diocesan Director of Education.
Diocesan Director of Education,
Guildford Diocesan Board of Education (GDBE),
Church House, Guildford,
20 Alan Turing Road, Guildford,
Surrey GU2 7YF.
The Director will arrange for a senior officer to investigate and respond. Where this strategy fails, the complaint will be resolved by two members of the GDBE who will investigate and respond. Their judgement will be binding.
