SIAMS Spotlight 1 – Responding to outcomes of the 2025 SIAMS Annual Report and strengthening SIAMS self-evaluation - REPEAT
The series of ‘SIAMS Spotlight’ training sessions considers key aspects of SIAMS, each with a different area of focus matched to the Inspection Questions. They are aimed at supporting all schools on their ongoing school improvement journey.
Spotlight session 1 will focus on responding to the findings of the 2025 national SIAMS Annual Report. It will also guide leaders in how to reflect upon and strengthen practice in effectively monitoring and evaluating the impact of the school’s Christian vision.
- How do leaders know that the Christian vision is enabling people to flourish?
- How can leaders understand the impact of actions on the groups and needs of the school community?
- How can schools create a robust on-going self-evaluation system?
- How can leaders write an effective summary self-evaluation for SIAMS?
Intended audience: Headteachers / heads of school / senior leaders involved in SIAMS.
Schools are encouraged to send more than one attendee to maximise discussion and impact.
