SIAMS Spotlight 3 - Enabling flourishing through church and other partnerships. 2024/5

The series of ‘SIAMS Spotlight’ training sessions considers key aspects of SIAMS, each with a different area of focus matched to the Inspection Questions. They are aimed at supporting all schools on their ongoing school improvement journey. 

Spotlight Session 3 will focus on the importance of positive partnerships in enabling all to flourish. 

1. How can the relationship with the church enhance the school’s ability to live out its Christian vision? 
2. How do partnerships impact positively and reciprocally on people’s lives?  
3. How can partnerships contribute towards aspects such as 

• meaningful inter-generational relationships? 
• enhanced richness in spirituality and worship?
• additional capacity for pastoral care and support for adults and pupils?
• prayerful partners

Schools are encouraged to send more than one attendee to maximise discussion and impact.
