SIAMS Spotlight 3 - Enabling flourishing Partnerships.

The series of ‘SIAMS Spotlight’ training sessions considers key aspects of SIAMS, each with a different area of focus matched to the Inspection Questions. They are aimed at supporting all schools on their ongoing school improvement journey. 

Spotlight Session 3 will focus on the importance of positive partnerships in enabling all to flourish. 

Part 1 – An evaluation of the impact of partnerships.

• Who are our partners and how do they contribute to flourishing?
• We will consider the place of Pupils, Parents, Governors, the wider community (local to global) as partners.

Part 2 – How can we enhance what we do?

• Ideas and approaches support through practical reference to recent Grove publications including
• Spiritual Agents by Rebecca Swansbury
• Governance in a Christian Manner by Mike Simmonds
• Using Stories to Encourage Racial Inclusion in Schools by Jane Kelly and Alysia Lara Ayonrinde

Schools are encouraged to send more than one attendee to maximise discussion and impact.
